If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible — ideally at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to other patients who may be waiting.
4. Fees and Payments
All dental services are subject to the fees communicated to you before treatment begins. We are committed to full fee transparency — we will always provide a clear treatment plan and cost estimate before proceeding.
We accept major health funds via HICAPS on-site. Eligible children may be bulk billed under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). NSW OHFFSS vouchers are also accepted — please contact us to confirm eligibility before your appointment.
Fees are subject to change. Any updated fees will be communicated to you at your consultation before treatment commences.
